Coaching Options
1:1 Coaching (In-Person or Virtual)
Personalized coaching delivered through scheduled live sessions, either in person (Virginia) or via video.
1:1 coaching focuses on movement quality, strength development, and real-time feedback tailored to your goals, schedule, and current capacity. Sessions are structured and intentional, with clear expectations and progression over time.
Best for individuals who value direct instruction, live accountability, and focused coaching support.
Online Coaching (Full Experience)
Online coaching is a complete, standalone coaching experience designed to provide structure, guidance, and accountability without live sessions.
Clients receive individualized training programs, full nutrition coaching with personalized meal plans, and ongoing accountability delivered through the coaching app. Progress is monitored through regular check-ins, performance tracking, and feedback.
Ideal for individuals who want a comprehensive coaching system they can follow independently, with consistent guidance and support.
Online Training (Standalone)
Online training provides structured programming without live coaching or nutrition support.
Clients receive individualized training programs delivered through the coaching app, including exercise guidance, progression, and tracking tools to support consistency and long-term development.
This option is best for individuals who want clear direction in their training while managing execution independently.
Hybrid Coaching (Live Coaching + Full Online Support)
Hybrid coaching integrates scheduled 1:1 sessions (in person or virtual) with the full online coaching experience.
Clients receive live instruction and feedback during sessions, while following structured training programs, nutrition plans, and accountability systems through the coaching app between sessions.
Designed for individuals who want hands-on coaching alongside a continuous, structured system that supports progress throughout the week.
Nutrition Coaching (Standalone or Integrated)
Nutrition coaching is available as a standalone service or can be integrated into another standalone service.
Clients receive structured nutrition support through a personalized meal planning system delivered in the coaching app. This includes meal plans, food guidance, and ongoing adjustments based on goals, preferences, and lifestyle demands.
The focus is sustainability, consistency, and long-term adherence — not rigid rules or short-term extremes.
Weekend Lab Sessions
Weekend Lab sessions are structured training blocks designed to reinforce technique, apply coaching concepts, and support progression in a focused group setting.
These sessions complement ongoing coaching and provide an opportunity to train with shared standards and intent, while still maintaining individual accountability.
